2018-2019 Practice Schedule

 

Regular Season Practice Starts November!! 

 

Summer Practice:  June-August in the Wrestling Room

Monday: 5:30pm - 7pm in the Wrestling Room - Open Mat

Wednesday: 5:30pm - 7pm in the Wrestling Room - Open Mat

Morning Conditioning (parents welcome) will also be Tuesday and Thursday 6-7am

Winter Practice: November-March

Monday-Friday 3:15-5:30pm in the Cafeteria

This year we will have conditioning for the first or last 30 minutes of practice.  Athletes need to bring their running shoes everyday.  Meet in the Cafeteria ready to roll at 3:15pm   

Morning Conditioning will also be Tuesday and Thursday 6-7am

Spring Workouts March - June

Morning Conditioning (parents welcome): Tuesday and Thursday 6-7am

Evening Practice: Monday and Wednesday 6-7pm
